Product Owner
Fintech, HOAs Account, Mobile App & Backoffice

Lead the vision and execution of the product for our HOAs account: responsible for the roadmap, definition and iteration of the mobile app for end users and the backoffice for managers and administration. Work closely with internal stakeholders, developers and legal/financial teams to create an innovative, secure and scalable digital banking experience for communities.
What we're looking for:
- •+3 years as Product Owner or similar in fintech, HOAs accounts, digital payments or regulated financial product
- •Experience leading the development of mobile apps and B2B2C SaaS platforms
- •Deep knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), prioritization and incremental development

You will collaborate with development teams to define and maintain robust CI/CD processes, observability and incident response.
What we're looking for:
- •+3 years managing production cloud environments
- •Experience implementing and optimizing CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Gitlab CI, etc)
- •Strong knowledge of infra-as-code (Terraform, Pulumi, CloudFormation)
- •Experience with containers, Kubernetes and Docker
