Our mission is to bring property management from the analogue age into the age of AI agents. We build digital products that connect information and automate operational work, giving people more time for the work where their judgement matters.

Our ambition is to become the global reference for an agentic operating system for property management. A platform where AI agents can understand context, coordinate and carry out work, with human oversight wherever it is needed.
WHERE WE PLAY
We work in Property Management, starting with residential communities. We connect property managers, owners and residents, communities, and the professionals who keep their buildings running.
Our initial focus is Spain, Mexico, Italy and Portugal, with a global outlook from day one. Our products connect three parts of the same reality: operations, accounting and money.
